Computer Saga Continues


Yup- 3 months ago I upgraded thru dell to the supposed new and hot deal!

Computer $585.00, Projrams$300.00- Technical service $250.00, $100. And $100.

Here is some sarcasm for you- good thing computers are cheep! If I treated my customers that way I wouldn’t have any!

Just so you know I have never been SORRIER. The computer “Specialist” really stinks too!

If you took your car to the repair shop and needed a new exhaust – the repair man would not think you would or should know about car repair! But not true when it comes to computers! I have had some of the rudest, in-competent “service”. It’s funny to me that people put up with verbal abuse and mental trauma (me included) there has to be a better way! I believe Microsoft is doing their part for the changeover to Mac! Any One with a really knowledgeable, stable, Sane, reasonable computer repair person who can follow direction Please pass their information along to me- 518-587-8706- !

Funny thing is I’m an artist by trade; I’m the one who is supposed to be unreasonably out of my mind! How do these computer repair guys keep any clients???? I Say NO to Microsoft! I know now that’s too late but I will keep passing the word along!
